We live in a unique and diverse country, containing people from a variety of backgrounds, yet our events still struggle to attract a diverse and inclusive set of speakers.
In this talk, Deb will be sharing some of the challenges our local community faces when it comes to diversity and inclusion at our conferences and meetups, what we can do about it, and a big project we’re launching to work towards solving this problem.
